In certain work places collaboration becomes an arena for negative themes, gossip, and bad mouthing other employees. In your posting describe a way to keep the following scenario from going to coblabberizing state.
Scenario:
Your company was just told that they failed the company quota for the year, making it 4 years in a row. Due to the continued years of failure, the company is thinking of reconstruction, reforming the company, shutting down the company and finally laying off employees that are weak. The basic groups in the company are accounting, production, transportation, sanitation, and administration. Select a group and collaborate how you would suggest a change that can make your company reach the quota. After your initial post, collaborate with others that selected the same group. Work through the ideas and come up with a general suggestion for the company’s CEO.
